Purple Drink's 2007 Subaru STI

Status: Work in Progress

Project Description:

The "Purple Drink" project began over a year ago when this car show up on our doorstep. It belongs to a customer who moved out of the area, but shipped his car to us to give his future show car a little bit of power. TurboXS and Andrewtech Automotive are working together to bring this future monster to life. The engine is now running to be broken in. The engine is a sleeved 2.5L with forged internals, race bearings, cams, upgraded valvetrain, ported heads, twin-scroll T04Z turbo kit, and a custom intake manifold. The customer wants to make 700whp when this build is complete. If not...we have nitrous!!!

Tapout's 600+ WHP 2007 Subaru STI Lmited

Status: Was running strong, but decided to "tap out"

Project Description:

Tapout is a member of our exclusive 600+ WHP club, and a Andrewtech diamond level customer. We are in the midst of rebuilding this monster...again. It will have a built 2.5L with forged internals, race bearings, cams, and upgraded valvetrain, when completed, to compliment his TurboXS GT35R kit. We are rebuilding this engine after a timing belt tensioner pulley decided to come apart and take out the engine.

BTM Sport's 2002 Rally Focus

Status: Getting ready for another rough weekend.

Project Description:

This car first arrived as an ordinary Ford Focus ZX3. The car was first stripped of it's interior before making a trip to Piper Motorsport for extensive fabrication work, and roll cage installation. We have assembled and installed many different gearsets and limited slip differentials in this car, trying to find the best combination. Most recently we assembled and installed a high compression ZETEC engine, getting the car ready for the 2009 Rally America season. This car will be running a limited schedule this year and took first place in the 2WD class by over 6 minutes at the 100 Acre Wood rally in March.
